At Aura Fashion, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
- Delhi NCR: Delivery within 2–3 working days
- Outside Delhi NCR: Delivery within 5–7 working days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We currently offer Exchange Only (No Returns).
- Exchange is accepted only in case of size or product issues
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request
- The video must clearly show:
- Package opening
- Product condition
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
⚠️ Important Guidelines
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Items purchased during sale/discount may not be eligible for exchange
